I've spent my career inside workplaces, leading people, developing them, and watching good people struggle inside systems that weren't always set up to help them succeed. Somewhere along the way I stopped asking “what training does this team need?” and started asking a better question: what's actually going on here?
That question changed how I work. I don't walk in with a fixed menu of workshops. I walk in curious, I listen hard, and I tell you the truth about what I find, even when it's not what you expected to hear.
